Heather's greatest honor has been raising up her four children in the Lord. As a believer, her mission is to disciple other women as they navigate womanhood and walk in their own calling to biblical parenting. Tend(er Shoots) is truly a mission of the heart—equipping and encouraging other moms to trust their ability and calling to train up kingdom kids in a chaotic world.

Liz & Danielle
Liz has been happily married to the love of her life for over ten years. Together, they live in North Texas with their beautiful, free-spirited daughters and rambunctious Labrador retrievers. She and Danielle practice a close-knit open-adoption, and have chosen each other as sisters. They’ve authored the illustrated children’s book Forever Bear, and are passionate about advocating for open adoption. Liz is the founder and executive director of Joseph’s Closet, a ministry within Fellowship of the Parks Church, that provides high-quality clothing, sneakers, car seats, and pack-n-plays to CPS, local school districts, foster families, and adoptive families in-need. In her free time, she loves chai tea lattes, wearing her husband’s t-shirts, gardening, and any excuse to escape to the beach.

Jodi’s life has been one of tragedy to triumph, and her life is a living testament to the love and redemptive power of God. Learning to navigate life and motherhood with an incurable disease has not been without its challenges, but her faith sustains her in unimaginable ways. The greatest joy of her heart is encouraging other women to the love of our
sweet, sweet Savior. Jodi and her husband, Shaun, live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with their two precious girls.
